These are the rules for using VYRO Cam. They're short because the app is simple.
What the app does
VYRO Cam records with your phone's camera and saves, from the same take, a landscape video (16:9) and a vertical one (9:16). It also takes photos in both formats, and includes a teleprompter and manual camera controls.
Free and Premium
Recording in both formats is free, with no ads and no watermark, at 480p.
VYRO Premium unlocks 720p, 1080p and up to 4K; 24 and 60 frames per second; PRO controls and the teleprompter. What your phone can record depends on its camera: the app only offers what the sensor allows. At 60 frames per second it records up to 720p.
The subscription
VYRO Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it. The price is shown in the app before you pay, and payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
If your account is eligible for the 3-day free trial and you don't cancel before it ends, billing starts automatically. The subscription renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You manage and cancel it in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Refunds are decided by Apple under its own terms.
What you record
Your videos and photos are yours. The app doesn't upload them anywhere or claim any rights over them.
You are responsible for what you record: respect people's privacy and the laws of your country, especially when filming others or in places where it is not allowed.
What we don't promise
- A call, an alarm or the phone overheating can cut a take short. When that happens, the app saves what it managed to record, but we can't guarantee every frame.
- Recording at high resolution takes space and warms the phone. If storage fills up, recording stops.
- Keep a copy of what matters to you. We are not liable for videos lost to phone failures, lack of space or deletion.
Liability
You use VYRO Cam at your own risk, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from using the app.
Apple
In addition to these terms, Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies. Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to the rights your country's law gives you as a consumer.
Changes
If these terms change, the date on this page is updated.
