These are the rules for using VYRO Prompt. They are short and clear on purpose.
VYRO Prompt is an app by Superbites Studios S.A.S. (Tax ID 901.861.933-9, Armenia, Quindío, Colombia). If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies.
What the app does
VYRO Prompt is a teleprompter for creators. You write or paste your script, and the app shows it while you rehearse or record with the front camera, moving at the speed you choose or following your voice. On the Mac, the script appears next to the camera, in the screen's notch or in a floating island. With Studio, a Mac or another phone on your network can run the recording.
Your scripts are stored on your device and your videos in your gallery.
What we don't promise
- Following your voice depends on your device's speech recognition, the language, background noise and how you read. It can lose track or jump ahead; you can always pause or move the text with your finger.
- AI-written scripts are drafts. They may contain mistakes, inaccurate claims or phrasing that doesn't represent you. Review them before publishing: what you say in your videos is your responsibility.
- Studio depends on your network. Some public or corporate networks don't let devices see each other.
- Notch mode hides when you share your screen in apps that respect that system protection. To be sure, share a window instead of the whole screen.
- We don't guarantee results on social media: VYRO Prompt helps you record, not go viral.
Free plan
You can use VYRO Prompt without paying: write and save scripts, rehearse, record with the text on screen, control the reading with headphones and use Studio.
VYRO Prompt Pro
VYRO Prompt Pro adds 20 AI scripts a month, having the text follow your voice and notch mode on the Mac. It is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. The app shows the prices your country's store provides.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Payment is charged by Apple to your Apple ID or by Google to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The free trial, when offered, is only for people who haven't used it before and does not include AI scripts: they turn on when the paid period starts. If you don't cancel before it ends, billing starts automatically.
- To cancel: on iPhone or Mac, Settings › your name › Subscriptions › VYRO Prompt. On Android, Google Play › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › VYRO Prompt. Also from the app: VYRO PRO › Manage subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are handled by the store under its policies (Apple, Google Play).
- Restore purchases: if you change devices, use "Restore purchases" on the VYRO Prompt Pro screen, with the same store account.
- The month's 20 scripts renew on the 1st of every month and unused ones don't carry over. Each script allows three free retouches ("shorter", "more natural", "another hook").
- Write with AI has fair use. To prevent abuse, the service may temporarily limit how many scripts are written in a row, or pause for a while when demand is very high.
- Writing with AI requires signing in with Apple or Google, so your monthly scripts and credits follow you across devices. You can delete the account from Settings.
Credits
If you have Pro and the month's scripts run out, you can buy credit packs in the app. Each credit writes one AI script.
- One-time payment, charged by Apple or Google when you confirm the purchase.
- Credits never expire and are only used once the month's scripts run out.
- They only work inside VYRO Prompt, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies.
- If a script can't be written (a service failure, or the provider refuses the topic), the credit is returned.
- If you delete your account, unused credits are lost.
Permitted use
VYRO Prompt is for creating your own content. You may not:
- Decompile, resell or copy it.
- Use Studio to control a device that isn't yours without its owner's permission, or to record other people without their consent.
- Ask the AI for illegal content, content that harasses or discriminates against others, or content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
Your content
Your scripts and videos are yours. We claim no rights over them. When you use "Write with AI", you allow us to send your topic to the AI provider only to write your script, as the Privacy policy explains. The script you receive is yours to use.
Ownership
VYRO Prompt, its name, logo, design and code belong to Superbites Studios S.A.S.
Liability
VYRO Prompt is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the content you publish, for takes that aren't saved because of missing storage or permissions, or for failures of the network, the operating system or third-party services. Nothing here limits the rights consumer protection law gives you in your country.
Privacy
How we handle information is in the Privacy policy. In short: your scripts and videos stay on your device, and only what you type goes to the AI, after you accept it.
Changes
If these terms change, the date on this page is updated. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules that apply to you in your country.
